Situated within the lively surrounds of J1 Beach, The Bâoli Kaiseki is a refined multi-course dining experience curated by Executive Chef Omar Basiony and his team, designed for true connoisseurs. Rooted in the principles of seasonality, balance, and artistry, the menu offers an elevated journey across Bâoli Dubai’s full culinary canvas, where coastal French and Mediterranean influences intersect with the precision and restraint of East Asian technique. The setting—effortlessly poised between restaurant and beach club—provides a polished yet relaxed backdrop for a long, unhurried evening by the sea. 

The experience unfolds through a sequence of chef-guided courses, each selected to highlight premium seasonal products sourced from around the world. Delicacies such as Spanish bluefin tuna, Beluga caviar, Japanese sea urchin, Carabineros, and pureblood Japanese Wagyu are presented with clarity and intention, allowing each ingredient to take center stage. Signature Bâoli dishes appear throughout the menu, reinterpreted through a kaiseki lens that emphasizes harmony, progression, and visual elegance.
