Corenucopia, the new Chelsea bistro from Michelin three-star Chef Clare Smyth, is a relaxed yet refined expression of modern British cooking—classic flavors brought to life with exceptional ingredients, served in a setting designed for comfort, conversation, and discovery.

Guests descend beneath the restaurant and step through private doors into the Corenucopia Cellar, an intimate dining room wrapped in soft leather walls and warm light. A discreet Bowers & Wilkins surround-sound system sets the tone, creating a sense of calm and privacy that feels both luxurious and welcoming.

At the heart of the experience is the cellar itself. Head Sommelier Valentin Picon joins guests tableside to introduce a selection of standout bottles—some from iconic producers, others lesser-known gems rarely poured by the glass. With each pairing, he shares the story behind the wine: its origin, its maker, and why it was chosen for that particular dish, turning each pour into a moment of connection rather than formality.
