At Three Bros, everything begins with the Orfali brothers themselves—Mohamad, Wassim and Omar—whose shared history, curiosity and instinctive understanding of flavour shape every inch of the experience. Raised on Syrian food culture but shaped by years of travel, collaboration and creative risk-taking, the brothers cook the way they live: without borders, without hierarchy and without apology. 

This one-of-a-kind eatery is a reflection of that mindset, where cultures overlap. Intimate, energetic and unmistakably personal, Three Bros feels less like a formal dining room and more like being invited into the brothers’ own creative playground. The open kitchen anchors the space, filling the room with warmth, smoke and motion, while the ’70s-inflected interiors and eclectic vinyl soundtrack set a mood that’s cosy, social and quietly rebellious. 

The Chef’s Tasting Menu unfolds as a journey through the Orfalis’ influences, moving fluidly between Syria, Japan, Spain and France without ever announcing the transition.
