Under the direction of Concept Chef Jorge Cabrera, the experience embraces cocina de autor, honoring beloved Cuban recipes while elevating them through modern craftsmanship and carefully sourced ingredients.

The menu is designed as a complete expression of Cuban culture, showcasing the depth and warmth of the island’s cuisine through coal-fired meats, seafood, vegetables, and richly aromatic preparations layered with citrus, tropical herbs, spice, and subtle sweetness. Smoke and flame become essential ingredients, preserving the comforting essence of traditional Cuban cooking.

This experience kicks off with a signature Marabú mojito, and the menu is accompanied by a glass of sommelier-selected wine.
