Experience a creative and convivial escape in the unique setting of master mixologist Matthias Giroud's studio in Boulogne-Billancourt.

Over the course of approximately two hours, guests are guided by one of our professional bartenders through an engaging, elegant, and immersive mixology experience. Depending on the selected theme—France or Japan—participants will craft three cocktails, with or without alcohol, while exploring aromatic profiles inspired by the flavors, ingredients, and traditions of each culture.

Each guest is provided with their own fully equipped workstation and all the tools needed to prepare, shake, garnish, and perfect their creations. Throughout the workshop, the bartender leads the group step by step, sharing essential techniques and professional tips to create an experience that is approachable, educational, and memorable.

The workshop takes place in the private studio of master mixologist Matthias Giroud—a signature space that reflects his creative vision, distinctive style, and innovative approach to contemporary mixology.
