Netsu Kabuki Cocktail Experience

Step into the hidden rhythm of Netsu, where fire, flavour, and performance come together in an intimate Japanese-inspired mixology journey. Set behind the Theatre of Fire, this curated experience invites guests into Netsu Bar for an evening that unfolds like a Kabuki play—expressive, precise, and quietly dramatic.

The experience is guided by the bar team and unfolds in four acts, each marked by a signature cocktail designed to shift mood, texture, and intensity. The opening act serves as a prologue: light, aromatic, and inviting. As the journey deepens, flavours become richer and more layered, building toward vivid, expressive cocktails before resolving in an elegant, restrained finale.

Each cocktail is paired with a chef-curated bite from the Netsu kitchen, created to echo the rhythm of the drink. The bites are intentionally small yet expressive, designed not to interrupt the flow, but to heighten it.

Behind the bar, mixology is rooted in Japanese craftsmanship and mindful preparation. Rare and aged whiskies, artisanal sakes, premium shochu, and awamori form the foundation, enhanced by seasonal ingredients, fermentation, infusion, and precise layering.
