The Cheval Blanc Paris Hotel is situated in the historic building that once housed La Samaritaine, in the heart of the first arrondissement, opposite the Pont Neuf. From the seventh floor, diners can enjoy a unique cityscape, ranging from Notre-Dame to Sacré Coeur. 
 
Within this elegant setting, Langosteria offers refined seafood dishes prepared with passion and precision, creating an atmosphere that blends sophistication with warmth.

After being welcomed with a glass of Champagne, this 5-course Chef's off-menu tasting journey begins with a sequence of refined Italian bites, conceived as a graceful introduction to the meal. These small, seasonal creations highlight purity of flavor and craftsmanship, setting the tone for the journey ahead. Early in the experience, Langosteria’s sommelier will join you at your table, taking the time to understand your personal beverage preferences and thoughtfully guiding selections throughout the evening, if desired.

Guests are then invited into Langosteria’s raw bar universe, where a curated selection from the sea is presented in its most natural expression, focused on balance, salinity, and finesse. The third course shifts to a comforting yet elevated pasta moment, showcasing Italian technique and subtle richness. From the grill comes the centerpiece of the tasting: a beautifully prepared seafood main, cooked simply to highlight texture and natural flavor. 

The journey concludes with a selection of classic Italian desserts, reimagined with sophistication and balance.
