As classic Art Deco façades illuminate the evening and the rhythm of South Beach comes alive, the culinary journey begins with a chef-selected first course showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients, followed by a thoughtfully crafted appetizer inspired by the flavors of Miami and the Mediterranean.
