Beneath the unassuming façade of Le Bab in Covent Garden, a door swings open, music hums, and suddenly you’re underground at KQ—better known as Kebab Queen—London’s most audacious chef’s counter. Ten seats. One heated countertop. No plates. No rules. Just you, the chefs, and a tasting menu that completely rewires what you thought “fine dining”, or a kebab, could be.

KQ is the critically acclaimed fine dining project of Manu Canales, Ed Brunet, and Stephen Tozer. Drawing from deep expertise in modern Middle Eastern cookery and years spent inside Michelin-starred kitchens, they’ve built something deliberately disruptive—a culinary experience that challenges every convention of the white-tablecloth world. 

Currently hosting renowned chef Pamir Zeydan, the experience reaches new heights of creativity. His nine-course tasting menu is built around immersion and connection, elevating humble Turkish and Mediterranean influences into something intricate, expressive, and unexpected. Fire, smoke, spice, and acidity collide with precision and restraint, blending comfort with ingenuity.

You walk through the working kitchen, slip into your seat, and from that moment you’re part of the performance. Each course lands directly onto the warm marble in front of you—a world-first plateless service that strips away ceremony and heightens sensation.
