Housed within the historic former La Samaritaine building in the heart of the first arrondissement, opposite Pont Neuf, the setting reveals an extraordinary cityscape stretching from Notre-Dame to Sacré-Cœur—an unmistakably romantic backdrop for the evening.

Within this elegant and welcoming atmosphere, Langosteria presents a five-course Chef’s Tasting journey designed especially for Valentine’s Day, celebrating refined seafood, impeccable sourcing, and the pleasure of sharing an unforgettable moment together.

After being welcomed with a glass of Champagne, the culinary journey begins with a sequence of refined Italian bites, conceived as a graceful introduction to the meal. These small, seasonal creations highlight purity of flavor and craftsmanship, setting the tone for the journey ahead. Early in the experience, Langosteria’s sommelier will join you at your table, taking the time to understand your personal beverage preferences and thoughtfully guiding selections throughout the evening, if desired.

Guests are then welcomed into Langosteria’s celebrated raw bar universe, where a curated selection from the sea is presented in its most natural expression. The third course offers a comforting yet elevated pasta experience, showcasing Italian technique and subtle richness. From the grill arrives the centerpiece of the tasting: a beautifully prepared seafood main, cooked with restraint to highlight texture and natural flavor. 

The journey concludes with a selection of classic Italian desserts, reimagined with sophistication and balance—an indulgent and romantic finale to the evening. To extend the experience beyond the table, each guest will depart with a sweet confection created by Langosteria’s pastry chef, a final Valentine’s touch to enjoy at home.
