The final chapter unfolds at Michelin 1 Star Restaurant Interlude, set within the Grade I listed woodland gardens of Leonardslee Estate. Here, the philosophy of the vineyard continues seamlessly into the kitchen. Executive Chef Jean Delport presents a five-course chef’s choice tasting menu that evolves constantly, shaped by the estate’s gardens, wild foraged ingredients, careful preservation, and close relationships with local growers.
