Created by Tomos Parry, the chef behind the acclaimed Brat, the restaurant carries forward his deep respect for fire, seasonality, and ingredient-led cooking. You’re immediately met by a wave of energy—laughter, conversation, and the unmistakable aroma of wood smoke drifting from the open kitchen. The room hums with life, feeling like a restaurant in its prime: confident, busy, and unmistakably alive.

Your vantage point is positioned on the ground floor, close to the open kitchen, offering the most immersive setting for a five-course dining experience with beverage pairings. This is where Mountain’s spirit is at its most vivid. Natural light floods the room in the early evening, catching on polished wood surfaces and softened by sculptural orb lamps that bathe the space in a warm, amber glow. From your seat, you have a front-row view of the flames and the steady rhythm of the kitchen, where fire is not simply a technique but the defining language of the menu.

The experience unfolds as a fluid progression of courses designed for sharing and discovery. Wood-fired cooking is central throughout, bringing depth and character to both meats and vegetables, allowing natural flavours to intensify and textures to transform.
