Houseman NYC: Chef's Choice Tasting Menu

Tucked on a quiet block off Greenwich Street, Houseman is a quintessential West Village neighborhood gem—bright, airy, all light wood and oversize windows. Chef Ned Baldwin, a Prune alum under Gabrielle Hamilton, helms a near-daily changing menu rooted in "hussmanskost," Norwegian for seasonal, local food. Approachable, cool, and genuinely beloved by locals.

The Chefs will build a shared, family-style menu rooted in Houseman's daily-changing seasonal ingredients and crowd-pleasing favorites. Expect comforting, unfussy dishes in true "hussmanskost" spirit—an approachable, convivial New York experience defined by great produce and easy hospitality.
