His fascination with the category ultimately led him to create Rockey's, a modern botanical liqueur inspired by the flavors and texture of traditional milk punch, featuring notes of green apple, pineapple, tea, and citrus.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and an introduction to the remarkable story behind Rockey's.
