At Orrery, a new chapter unfolds above Marylebone High Street, where Executive Chef Pierre Minotti reintroduces the restaurant with a renewed sense of purpose and a distinctly French soul. Founded in 1997 by Sir Terence Conran and perched above The Conran Shop, Orrery has long been a fixture of London dining, admired for its Conran-designed interiors and its terrace overlooking the gardens of St Marylebone Church. Now, under Pierre’s direction, the restaurant evolves with Michelin-star ambition while shedding the stiffness traditionally associated with haute cuisine.

A refined seven-course tasting experience by Chef Pierre Minotti begins with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle on arrival and a personal introduction from the chef. Rooted in classical French technique and guided by the best of British seasonal produce, the journey unfolds seamlessly from the Salon du Vin through the dining room and into the Trou Normand Bar, creating a fully immersive progression through the restaurant.

Guests are then led through a multi-course menu that celebrates the foundations of French gastronomy—sauces crafted with discipline, proteins handled with precision, and seasonal ingredients allowed to speak with clarity. Classically trained in French haute cuisine, Chef Minotti brings technical mastery to each dish, expressed through a lighter, more contemporary lens.
