Signature flavors are rendered with restraint and precision, while subtle off-menu touches introduce moments of surprise. The menu showcases exceptional cuts of meat, including Hoengseong Hanwoo Beef, for which HANU is the only official ambassador in Dubai, alongside authentic, certified Kobe beef—an offering rarely found beyond Korea and Japan.
