Soft lighting, attentive pacing, and the subtle backdrop of live entertainment ensure a private escape that fuses the culinary prowess of Chef José Avillez with the unique privilege of seeing it unfold from the best vantage point in the restaurant.

Seated near the open kitchen, diners enjoy an intimate, front-row view of the Avillez team in action, witnessing the artistry, timing, and care behind each dish. The special menu celebrates Portugal’s vibrant flavors with contemporary twists, evolving course by course according to the freshest seasonal produce and the chef’s inspiration on the day. The tasting menu allows the chef to take creative liberties: rare seafood, experimental techniques, and off-menu signatures designed specifically for the experience.
