Perched on the 36th floor, YÙ & MÌ offers a cinematic dining experience inspired by the charged elegance of 1960s Hong Kong, guided by the vision of Executive Chinese Chef Yang Guojian, whose two decades across award-winning kitchens in Asia anchor the menu in authenticity and discipline. Alongside Dim Sum Head Chef Jade Lee, known for her refined craftsmanship, the kitchen presents a confident, contemporary expression of Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine; rooted in tradition, polished for the present.

The journey begins at YÙ, meaning jade, the lively bar where Asian-inspired cocktails infused with teas, spices, and botanicals set an energetic tone. From there, you are guided beyond a discreet threshold to MÌ, meaning secret: a dining room revealed only to those who step further inside. Here, the Chef’s Selection Menu unfolds with rhythm and intention, moving from refined starters into bolder, more expressive mains.
