A sun-drenched, three-course Traditional Greek Sharing Tasting Menu is curated by Head Chef Michails Margaritis and his philosophy of seasonality, provenance, and restraint. Drawing on deep-rooted Greek traditions and international experience, the menu unfolds as a shared journey, where seafood and vegetables take centre stage. Clean, expressive flavours allow ingredients to speak with clarity through raw preparations, mezze, and produce-led plates, while reinterpreted Greek classics bring comfort and familiarity.
